RECENT PROJECTS
A couple from Sumpter Township sought to enlarge their 1,200 square foot home to better host their large family gatherings with children and grandchildren. The new 780 square foot addition includes a family room, dining area, and kitchen ideal for both big family events and daily life. The bedrooms have been re-designed to form a primary suite, while the previous dining room and kitchen have been transformed into a laundry room and walk-in pantry.
A 1,300 square foot tenant space in Ann Arbor, MI has been renovated to establish a modern Dental Office.
These condominium lofts were an adaptive re-use of an old factory. PAS produced construction documents for 25 of the lofts in this building ranging from 1,000 sf to 3,000 sf.

Construction was completed between 2016 thru 2019.
